"...Expect to see 19-year-old Connor Hammond of London, Ont., extended a future invite to join Coates, McCartney and the others in the Canadian national triathlon training centre in Victoria after Hammond's breakout silver-medal performance in the Pan American men's junior race behind 16-year-old American sensation Luka Verzbicas. Ian Donald of Nepean, Ont., was fourth while Victorians Aaron Thomas and Matt Sharpe crashed the top-10 at seventh and eighth places."

On a serious note, a big THANKS to Coach PK and the NTC crew for hosting Dorelle for the last few weeks - we really appreciate the opportunity and the hospitality. It was great to see everyone at PATCO.

Congratulations to the Ontario athletes! Also to Craig and the rest of the coaches - well done everyone! The future generation of Canadian triathletes are making their way forward...
exactly Craig! I don't think that Cleeve (Times Colonist sports reporter) really thinks things through when he writes them. Maybe he was thinking cause Connor was in Victoria last year with Joel's squad that he was looking West again. But we all know he's in great hands with Coach CT.
