Some fast fast fast running in a 5000m race by two young Ontario juniors last night in Ottawa:

Tistan Woodfine: 14:45
Joanna Brown: 17:04

Tristan and Joanna both train with the ByTown Storm Triathlon Team, and both have qualified for the Canada Summer Games in Triathlon.
